Namhla obtained BSocSci and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town in 2018 and 2022 respectively.
She completed her Practical Legal Training Certificate with Legal Education & Development (LEAD) in Pretoria School, which included DOXIT certification and Black Lawyers Association Trial Advocacy certification. Namhla joined the Tim du Toit team in 2023 as a Candidate Attorney, where she gained experience in the firm’s litigation and conveyancing departments.
Namhla was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2025 and was thereafter retained as an Associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice areas of focus are High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation which include a wide array of defended banking litigation, commercial litigation, insolvency, and contractual matters.
