Alucia obtained her BA LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria and completed her candidacy in 2018. She was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2019 and as a Notary Public in 2020.
Alucia joined the conveyancing department at Tim du Toit in 2019. Her expertise relates to general conveyancing, including the transfer of properties from insolvent and liquidated estates as well as residential property finance. She also specialises in notarial matters relating to notarial contracts and notarial authentication of documentation for use in a foreign country.
