Navigating legal complexities with the utmost skill and expertise.
Pursuant to the Regulations issued in terms of the Disaster Management Act on 29 April 2020, we shall on 4 May 2020 commence a phased-in approach to the resumption of our normal business services.
Regulated restrictions dictate that on-site professional legal services may only be rendered in support of essential services, or in respect of those business activities and services permitted in terms of the Alert Level 4 directives. To that end, we are immediately able to assist with all conveyancing related matters, in addition to legal assistance available to our clients in support of permitted financial and related professional services. We are moreover able to remotely assist with all other legal matters, including advice on pending or proposed litigation.
The health and safety of our clients and staff remains paramount. All occupational health and safety measures prescribed by the Department of Employment and Labour will accordingly be strictly adhered to, and enforced, in all our offices. These measures include the mandatory screening of both staff and clients upon entry, physical distancing measures and the compulsory use of face masks. In addition, and for the duration of Alert Level 4, we shall restrict the number of staff in our offices at any given time to further reduce the potential for inadvertent transmission of the virus.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you require any legal services or advice.
