Bianka works as a Consultant in the Pretoria Litigation Department. She completed her practical vocational training at Tim du Toit and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2021 and has since progressed to hold more senior roles such as Head of Legal: Compliance and Risk within the Financial Sector. She is familiar with regulatory changes and the impact on business operations, as well as providing a practical business approach to legal matters.
Bianka is currently pursuing her LLM at the University of Pretoria specialising in Insurance Law and Governance. Her interests include, insurance law, financial services, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data privacy and general litigation.
