Jacques is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer. He was admitted as an attorney in 1990.
Jacques studied a BLC LLB at the University of Pretoria. He has more than 26 years litigation experience. His fields of expertise are related to, amongst others, banking and financial services law with a specific and keen interest in the agricultural banking industry. He has litigated on virtually every aspect and cause of action in the banking industry. He is also a keen farmer and farms with Nguni cattle in the vicinity of Ventersdorp. His interest in the farming and agricultural industry gives him and our firm a competitive edge when it comes to litigating on agricultural matters.
