Lerika studied at Potchefstroom University for CHE now known as North West University and obtained her BA (Law) and LLB degree. She was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary in 2004, after which she joined Tim du Toit Johannesburg office in the Commercial Property Finance Department.
She has a true passion for property law and has 20 years’ experience in a wide range of conveyancing and notarial matters. Her field of expertise relates to all residential transfers and bond registration for all major banks as well as commercial property finance related transactions, liquidation transfers & deceased estates transfers.
